You are: Support Quebec organizations in structuring their digital transformation—assessment, roadmap, and delivery of concrete engagements.
You support executives and teams in clarifying their digital priorities, structuring their roadmap, and delivering concrete engagements.
You connect business challenges, processes, data, and technology without limiting yourself to tool recommendations.
You contribute to assessments, scoping workshops, transformation plans, and implementation follow-up in SME and growing-organization contexts.
What you will do:
- You support executives and teams in clarifying their digital priorities, structuring their roadmap, and delivering concrete engagements.
- You connect business challenges, processes, data, and technology without limiting yourself to tool recommendations.
- You contribute to assessments, scoping workshops, transformation plans, and implementation follow-up in SME and growing-organization contexts.
What you need:
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience related to consulting & transformation
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset on several engagements
- Ability to structure, communicate, and collaborate with client teams
French is required for most of our mandates in Quebec. Depending on the client context, strong English may be needed to work with internal stakeholders or distributed teams.
