You are: Support the firm’s business development: prospect qualification, proposal preparation, and follow-up with client organizations.
You support the firm’s business development by qualifying opportunities and preparing structured proposals.
You collaborate with delivery teams to understand engagements, client challenges, and Kotra’s differentiating value.
You help maintain client relationships and market presence activities.
What you will do:

What you need:
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience related to consulting & transformation
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset on several engagements
- Ability to structure, communicate, and collaborate with client teams
French is required for most of our mandates in Quebec. Depending on the client context, strong English may be needed to work with internal stakeholders or distributed teams.
