A clear process to better understand each other, align effectively, and build the right collaboration
Candidate Journey
At Kotra Group, the candidate journey is designed as a progressive process.
We want every person to gain a clear understanding of our firm, our culture, our expectations, and the ways they can contribute - while giving us the opportunity to assess their potential, skills, professional approach, and alignment with our needs.
Joining Kotra Group is more than applying for a position.
It means stepping into an environment where the work involves understanding organizations, structuring complex problems, applying technology with sound judgment, and driving real transformation.
Our candidate journey is built on three principles: clarity, rigor, and respect.
Our Philosophy
We believe that good recruiting is about the meeting of two trajectories.
The trajectory of a firm that is building itself.
The trajectory of a talent who wants to learn, contribute, and grow.
Our role is to determine whether these two trajectories can converge.
We look for candidates who can think clearly, learn quickly, execute with rigor, and work within a collaborative culture.
We also want candidates to understand who we truly are: a firm in development - ambitious, demanding, multidisciplinary, and focused on client impact.
# The Candidate Journey
01. Discovering Kotra Group
The journey often begins with discovering our firm, our vision, and our areas of expertise. Candidates can explore our pages covering digital transformation, centers of expertise, careers, internships, culture, values, and client achievements. This step provides a clearer understanding of our positioning:

data and business intelligence;
automation and applied AI;
cybersecurity and governance;
adoption and training;
innovation and foresight.
We encourage candidates to take the time to understand our approach before applying.
02. Application
Candidates can submit an application for a specific position or express interest in a career area. Depending on the profile, an application may include:

a résumé;
a portfolio;
a LinkedIn profile link;
a cover letter or brief statement of interest;
completed projects;
work samples;
an indication of areas of interest.
We pay attention to the candidate's background, but also to how they articulate their contribution, their interests, and their capacity to learn. A résumé doesn't tell the whole story. We look to understand the potential behind the background.
03. Profile Review
After receiving an application, we assess the profile in relation to the role, the area of expertise, and the level we are looking for. We evaluate, among other things:

relevant skills;
experience or completed projects;
analytical ability;
rigor;
clarity of background;
interest in digital transformation;
alignment with Kotra Group's culture;
growth potential.
For junior profiles and interns, we place particular emphasis on curiosity, seriousness, motivation, and the capacity to learn. For experienced profiles, we focus more on the ability to create value quickly, provide guidance, structure work, and deliver results.
