You are: Analyze processes, identify performance levers, and support the implementation of metrics and management routines.

What you will do:

What you need:

3 to 7 years of relevant experience
Experience related to operational excellence
Proficiency in French; English is an asset on several engagements
Ability to structure, communicate, and collaborate with client teams

French is required for most of our mandates in Quebec. Depending on the client context, strong English may be needed to work with internal stakeholders or distributed teams.
